Although a deep diagnose is mandatory before spending on a new ECU, you should know that a new ECU will need cloning or complicated programming for enabling for your car.

If you can clone the SW, you can get the HW number from yours and find any part number with the same HW number.
Are you sure that your ECU needs to be replaced?

Did you tried a proper diagnosis with Star/Xentry?
Also, I hope "mechanics" is generic, as a electric technician will be more useful.
This ECU usually has a problem with activating the circuit 87, very easy to fix.
Here on forum, even at one of my replays there is some guys who repair it.

Hello, I found this yesterday on yt and tried it and it works.. also the guy im comments says that its faulty ECU

15 min job for repair.
ECU provide negative feed to the relay and you can follow the circuit till the pin from driver inside the ECU. You can try resolder that part of the driver.
