Audio 10 doesn't see Bose or Cd changer

Audio 10 doesn't see Bose or Cd changer
Arrgh. So I put the original stock stereo back in "Carly" the 262K mile coupe,
and tranferred the Audio 10 into the "new" C coupe who we've named Inga, but there is no sound and it doesn't appear to
recognize the cd changer.
I'm guessing there's an issue of programming in the radio itself to tell it to route the audio to the fiber optic network.
Anyone have any idea that might resolve this without needing Star Diag?
And does anyone know if Star Diag has fields to tell the radio to send audio to fiber and that there's a
cd changer?
