Does anyone changed the springs in the camshaft adjuster? (not magnet)

I'm just doing a head gasket job and while-I'm-in-there, I want to get rid of the adjuster rattle at 2200 rpm. So I want to change the springs inside.
According to WIS you need a special holder nut tool. No O2 (pdf), and the part list in EPC is different to the pdf. Spring 38 and 41 doesn't seem to exist.
EPC and WIS is often not accurate, so I don't want to disassemble the adjuster and not be able to put it together afterwards.
My guess is that the special tool is only used to squeeze the spiral spring 47 together and because I removed the camshaft already I can use some clamps (which is not possible when the cam is in the car)
Any knowledge out there? Thanks!

Update: 38 and 41 is inside 32, that is why it is not in the pdf

65 is screwed into a plunger insider 32. This plunger is under spring pressure from 38. When the magnet 68 is activated, 59 will be dragged into it and open the plunger inside 32.

PS: found this thread that explains everything https://www.benzworld.org/threads/in...-m120.3147870/
