Quality dealer in Bay Area
anybody has good experience with a MB dealer around the SF Bay Area?? i think the techs in Smythe European in San Jose suck!
my C230 was pulling to the right, took it to them 2 times, first time they over aligned it, 2nd time it came out better but not perfect as should be on a brand new car, but the claimed they did their best and convinced me thinks like tire pressure road cond. could affect and i took it.
then i took the car for cd changer installation and they screwed the blue *** on the center air nozzle. since i've lost confidence on them so i ended up fixing the *** myself. piece of cake wonder how could a certified MB tech screw this up...
now my car starts to pull to the right again and it's getting worse,
so i need a better dealer!! any recommendations??

I've tried three of them. I liked SF Benz the best to be honest. My car pulled to the right. The Service Manager actually drove my car home and back to work the next day and found the problem and solved it. I found Autobon was OK, and Marin was horrible. People have complained about San Jose. SF does not give loaners though.
