Recent little race

Recently raced my friend's Accord V-6 coupe. We we're on the highway and waited for the green light. I destroyed him off the line, but had to stop after like ten seconds because of an upcoming red light. Also completely dipped on my friend's BMW 325i sedan but that should be obvious.

Highway traffic lights

Highway traffic lights are scary, there are some on Route 2 here in Massachusetts, and they can be a good test of braking power now and then.

FrankW, you don't know because probably never traveled west to Pacific Coast Highway where there are a few discrete traffic lights followed by miles of no traffic lights. Also around you is Imperial Highway and Route 66 with an occasionaly traffic light or two. Heck until recently Hwy 101 through Santa Barbara had traffic lights, the only lights from where the 101 starts in LA up for hundreds of miles.

oooh...i get it...so he meant those two lane highways...the farest i have gone on PCH north bound is to Malibu. PCH south, i have gone all the way down to Dana Point. i never consider PCH to be one of those fwy where you can go 80 mph. i just look at it as a regular street.

Accord V6's are slow. I beat that with my C240. LOL. It was modded and I pulled pretty good on it. I think it hit its limitor, who know I went up to 130. Hehe.
