Please check your rear fender linings

Guys,

Would you please check your left hand side rear fender lining which is near the inside the rear bumper, and see whether there is an opening in there? This is because I found the other of the rear fender lining is completely concealed with the bumper.

If most of you find there is no gap in there, I will check with my service advisor next week, thanks.

i do not see ur pictures. Im not sure what side of the car you are referring to, but if your talking about the lining on the inside of the wheel wells, I noticed that mine are not identical. One seems to have a channel molded into to it. "driver" and "passenger" are a bit more universal.

does that help

I don't understand why my attachments are not showing up (it worked last night )

Put this way, if you look at the lining inside the wheel wells (close to the edge of the bumper moldings), could you see through the inner shell of the bumper?

Thanks.

No. I believe that sometimes when body work is done (have you had any?) that the well lining isn't identical when replaced...or sometimes body shops will just cut away damaged parts. who is going to notice right?

No, I did not have any body work.

So, your linings are completly sealed with your rear bumper?

Okay, thanks.

I will talk to the service advisor next week and see what are the problems with the linings.

Just find a picture from the other website and let you take a look again which area that I am talking about:
