Not really. If I remember correctly, and I have slept numerous times since then , he actually slightly enlarged the holes with a drill bit. Thereafter he was able to pressfit the plugs without a problem.

kinda hard to see, but it's just a plain black frame, and those little snappy covers to hide the hardware... I think it was like $10 at checkers for all of it
they also had frames that were thicker on the bottom half, vs. the uniformly thin one that I bought... still need to pick something up for my rear, though

as for the license plate frames/brackets, I'm not a big fan. I'd rather not have anything at all. I haven't really seen on that I've liked.

man, if I could find a place that laser-etched, I'd MAKE some frames for myself... mmmmm, titanium plate frames... well, that's wishful thinking.

Doesn't make a difference (front and back), i could just go to mercedes, but it would be easier to just order online, I know places that sell it for BMW, just wondering if mercedes has a similar website with this option? It's hard enough to find a place online that even sells the oem frame (with the mercedes logo in the bubble) let alone painted, thought maybe this forum might have someone that knows?

license plate security screws?
just installed boyo vision vtl 300 license plate reverse camera on my coupe last night. amazing picture and real sharp looking...
only problem is that the fitment of the screws that came with it doesn't match the threadding/type for our rear license plates. so, i am shopping around for security screws that will fit our cars...
can anyone point me in the right direction?
