Quote: Thanks for your comments, but trust me this is nothing special compared to the design work I've done at work. I

Ok I just talked with my friend this morning, and he has no problem making them. Only problem he sees is the part can not be laser edged with brand's name or there might be a trademark issues or something. Besides I will be the one doing the laser so..forget that!! haha I dont wanna get sued. So if you guys still want them in lets say polished or colored, he will be more than happy to make them...should be available in about a week. So email me to get on the list. In your email, list what kind of finish you want (polished or colored). Uhh...may as well tell me what wordings you want to put on, I will "try" to do it for you guys..but theres no garauntee.

ikomprz@aol.com
Send I KOMPRZ and email at the address above and see if he still has some in stock. Purchased mine for $35 (4/set). They were quick to arrive!!!

ok all 4 surrounds are installed. 3 of them were a 1 minute job, the passenger rear was a b1tch cause after i unscrewed the golf tee the threaded rod that is the lock fell inside the door and got jammed up against the frame, i had to fish it back out.

https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w203/99804-new-mods-upgrades-weekend.html

Quote: (3rd set of pics.) - received my lock surrounds from IKOMPRZ and they look great! they were very easy to install, although i had a little problem with one of the rear ones, because after i stuck the lock surround in and tried to put the lock back in, the screw that it goes unto fell down and got stuck underneath, ended up bein able to pull out eventually with some small screwdrivers, but boy did it scare the crap outta me. (btw - to get around this problem i figured out the best way is to put the lock surround around the 'flashlight' lookin plastic lock, and THEN to screw it onto the screw that is inside the door, this way, you dont need to worry about getting in it in there with no control over how the screw is movin around.

Anyways, I still have a few sets left (been saying that for a while but yeah really a few). So please PM me if you want a set, my email is killing me with all the spams.

As I stated before, this has to be the best "custom" mod I've ever purchased. And as Tom added, "the chepest (least expensive) custom mod!"

Tom, you da man. Gonna be sending you some stuff soon, just been swamped at the office.
