no external radio antena
I have a c230 coupe which has no external radio antena. Is there anything I can do to get better reception?
I have the stock tape radio that came with the coupe in 2002.
I used to have a car which had one and used to be able to pickup distant stations which are now just static.
all help is greatly appreciated.

my FM seems to get great reception. i dont listen to radio stations in Northern California or Arizona so i dont know how far my FM is really supposed to reach.
i guess you could add satellite radio if you want stations from space.

The site seems to be down. The idea is that you go to the site and buy their $40 cheep azz light up pen. As a "thank you" they put you on a list to get the iPod. I haven't got an Ipod yet but I know a guy who claims he did.

In aftermarket radio (pimp) shops where you can buy new aftermarket radios, car alarms, etc... sell add on units which can improve your radio reception. I can not remember what its called. I bought it for one of my old cars, and worked great.

There is an antenna.
Its built into the rear window glass, like GM cars from the 70's- only this setup works. Get an inline amplifier. The reception is already quite good in my car.
