Well, back on track here and with all foolishness aside, I do think the new C class looks great in white.

I pretty much agree with you guys in that black is just sexy on the car, but as a daily driver I know that I'm going to get tired of it real fast. Bummer my boss just told me that they're sold out from now till oct., so I won't be able to put get it until then. Oh well, in the mean time my side project at work is trying to figure out through the DAS system how to disable the video lock out feature on the Video mode. In case you haven't heard, you can watch video on the new Comand Multimedia system, but as soon as you roll forward in it (~5 kph) it blanks out the screen. I've been able to unlock the feature on the 221, and was hoping it would be the same but isn't. We'll see, maybe there will be software updates to it that'll allow it in the future.

Thanks for the video, it just wet my appetite for it even more. Argh.

+1. I realize that black requires more time to maintain, but it looks very exclusive. The white looks great too but I'm just not sure whether I will be satisfied owning a white car.

I'm not sure about that and I've never seen you before either. When did you get those CLS wheels? They look great! Do you need to do some modifications to make them fit on your car?

All these vids are killing me. I can't wait to actually see this car in person and sit in it. If all goes well count me in for a white w/black interior. Probably a C300 sport with pano and nav. I think MB might have hit a homerun with this car.

white w/black top looks hot

Is that the pano roof or a painted black roof (like I've seen on some white S550 cars)? Also does the white have some pearl in the paint? Eitherway, it looks great.

After we decide what colour, options, and mods you should have, what will you have left to decide?

People in the past who acquired Mercedes-Benz vehicles were usually inept enough to choose their own colour choices.

I suggest choosing a colour that would work well in Washington's rainy weather. Thus, black and white are ill-suited for Washington.

That's a white with Pano Roof. That car right there is what I want...except in C300 w/4matic and not C350.

My current interior in the W203 is charcoal. I wanted to have a change, so I decided on the reef grey interior.

Hmm..that's a pretty hard question to answer. I like black cars alot as they give the exclusive look. When I saw the W204 in white, it became a color that I had to consider. It really looked amazing in white with the pano roof. I ever made my decision to go with white, but when I saw a black CLK went pass me a few days later, I started thinking about black again. Not only that, my current car is black and I've always imagined having a W204 in black with AMG kit. I think that's how I decided to go with black.

Exclusive? Are you sure you're using the right word?

Black happens to be most popular colours for cars in the world. I don't think it's exclusive. It's not even considered exclusive in Seattle.

Perhaps "exclusive" is not a proper word to use as it has different meanings. What I meant was black looks more classy and luxurious.

I agree with you, but in order for black to look "classy and luxurious," it has to be very clean. Unfortunately, here I see more dirty black cars than clean ones.

Yea I agree too, and I have a feeling that if I bought one...I'd be too busy with school and basketball to clean wash my car 3 times a week...I'll probably wait until I get out of school...

Yeah. I've always tried to keep my car clean most of the time and that's why I don't find it difficult to maintain it. As black looks classy, what does white look like to you? Most people say that white is easier to maintain than black.
