W204 C300 Available at MB of Fremont, CA
Seen it today with the AMG package sticker is roughly at 40k. Color is Silverish gray. Sorry no pics.

BTW, the car's not available for sale, at least not formally.
The Fremont Mercedes-Benz car has the following optional extras:
Palladium Silver Paint
Premium Package 1
Multimedia Package
Automatic transmission
18-inch wheels
Adds out to about $39K and change, in other words $40k.
I saw another one at the Smythe dealership (in San Jose) with similar equipment and colour. Seems like all the dealer demos are in this colour with this equipment.
The one at Smythe is available for sale. The first shipment of cars coming to the US will not have the multimedia package, thus, the demo at Smythe will be very special initially.
