Does anyone have a dealer ordering guide?
I wanted to see if anyone had a dealer ordering guide in pdf for the 2008 C-Class. There used to be a website that posted them, but it looks like they took it down. I have pretty much every one from 2005-2007, but I wanted to get the 2008s.

I downloaded this guide maybe two weeks ago. It is on my hard drive, but since it is a rather large document (9.2 Mb) I am not sure how to share it. Any suggestion?
