I want add wood trim (black) but can't find it.

I am getting a Mars Red C350 and I want to get the rear chrome for the lights and the chrome for behind the door handles.

What kind of rims do you have there? I don't think they are the optional 18" AMG rims.

There's another thread discussing the AMG badge...I say it's your car and you should do what you want with it, but the C63 is going to be pretty easily distinguishable from the 300/350 so it won't fool anybody.

And I would put the $$ into something else, which is why I went with the 350. And am proud of it.

I don't like the chrome at ALL. It looks cheap and stick-on That's only my opinion though...

back to the real world buddy, if you can afford the real amg. i don't think i'm too worry about cd's and mutual funds and what are you planning to do with a amg badge ? when you pull up at a red light next to a real C63, you think to your self hmm my life didn't work out the way i wanted????

Most of the parts are from Performance Products from Ca. or the dealer. The rims are chrome AMG's.

I am negotiating with dealership now on pricing for my 300 HOW did u get AMG badges all over.... and is that tint on ur windows 20 ?????

Are the chrome mirrors OEM or stick-on covers?
If they are stick-on covers how is the fit?

I really like the chrome mirrors, it better disguises the unnecissarily huge lenses for the turn signals. The chrome mirror housings are $286 from the dealership, but it is replacing the stock painted housings and not a stick-on cover so the fit should be just as tight as the stock mirrors.

Aftermarket chrome covers could be had for around $100, but I would like to know if the fitment looks good -- I hate to see big gaps and would rather spend almost 3 times more for the OEM chrome mirrors.

I debadged and then rebadged with AMG. The rear window is 20, sides are 35.

I did not realize that the dealer ones were different. The stick on ones have a great fit, they lineup perfectly with the creases on the stock mirror.

What do ya think about the chrome headlight trim, I'm unsure whether I should pull the plug on them.
