I like reading the owners manuals of cars prior to acquiring them. It gives you a greater understanding of how all the features work and you can decide if you want to live with that.
You guys should try and read the Ferrari Enzo and Ferrari F430 Spider's owners manual. It is extremely detailed and it will tell you what to do if part X fails, etc. After you do, you might not want to own one.
An owner's manual on video is always nice. Try looking at the "Driver's Guide" section on many BMW models off the www.bmwusa.com website. You'll learn that the trip computer on those cars are not as extensive as those found on Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

I think the reason Americans don't get a lot of the features is because we get to live in America.

It is interesting to see. I wish we had the electric head restraints adjustment and the contour seat adjustment. I am happy with everything else.
