RPM @ Idle
Just picked up my C300 4matic on Friday. Took it out today with the wife and kid. such a smooth ride, it may not be the quickest car out there, but it's definitely a great cruiser. also a head snapper, as a lot of peeps were stopping and pointing.. not too many on the road right now i guess. loving the bluetooth, such a snap to configure and use. especially like the side profile, i'm finding i'm looking at the car's reflection off office building main floor window panes.. 
anyhow noticed that at idle, the rpm is barely breaking 500.. seems kinda low to me, and it seems to be a little rough and audible, altho not sure if that's just in my mind after seeing the 500rpm reading. just wondering what RPM other owner's are seeing @ idle. thx.

that's what i'm getting too.
seemed kinda low to me but i guess that's the norm here. but i swear the engine idle is a bit rough sounding.. my old w203 was prolly around 800-ish. that was the kompressor.
for those with a previous w203 V6 do you recall if the idle speed was the same?
