Shift Paddle/Sport Seats/Advanced Agility Control
Is there a difference between "Agility Control" and "Advanced Agility Control"? And is it true that in Australia they offer steering column paddle shifter (for automatics) and sports seats with their "AMG Sports Package"?

It does not appear to be such an option in North America ( US and Canada ).
Any info?

Looks like it does offer paddle shifter. Advanced Agility control is not offered in Aus due to ground clearance issue, difference being with Advance you can select the damper and all that with a touch of a button. Our car is equipped with more standard equipment compare to our friend in North America.

Sucks I know, alas paddle-Shifting was a requirement for the family "Sport-Sedan" in our household. In fact because of this we were cross-shopping the '08 Acura TL Type-S because it had the paddle style shifters. I was getting tired of our '05 base TL, albeit a great car but experienced similar issues with it as another member on these forums with his TL. Also wanted to get the wifey back into a nice FR/RR chassis.

I read somewhere and my dealer confirmed that the '09 C Class will likely offer the paddle shifters, different sport seats in the front, a memory package, and 4-Matic on the C350 as well as an update agility package that contains a new limited slip differential. I should of waited a year to get those options, but oh well. From what I've come read, it seems all these options, except the rear-end, are available now in other regions (than the US).

I believe it has got something to do with the JD Power IQS, which counts the # of problems per 100 vehicles. By limiting the features, they can minimize the problems. Iron it out elsewhere and then bring it to North America.
