Anyone heard of EZSourceLeasing.com? $299/mo on c300 base?!?!
For example, on their website they have a $299/mo, 36mo, 12k/yr lease on a 2008 C300 sport w/ no cap cost reduction. Even if you take the c300 at base invoice price, with not a single feature added on, without tax and with the residual that is posted over here by leasecompare (i think 61% for 3yr)....for them to get to a $299/mo payment the interest rate would have to be 0%, which is impossible right if MB finance is doing it at like 7%?
So how are they doing it? I called them and their answer was, "well we can" and they are actually looking for one with the specs i want right now. But something doesn't seem right, I even mentioned my concerns with the rep on the phone at ezsourceleasing. She admitted that there is no way the interest rate could be below 6% and she mentioned that the residual will be close to what MB finance offers but could be a bit higher, but she couldn't explain how she could still do the $299/mo offer. If the residual is almost the same, rate almost the same, and no cap cost reduction either way...how can she do $299 and the best at a dealership is twice that? The only way I see is if they get their cars for like $5k below invoice or something..and then sell them at that price too!
I would appreciate if somebody can shed some light on this subject. Thanks in advance!
Ask them how much cash you have to come up with before you leave with that "299 per month" payment...I bet its about 10k!

but if something sounds too good to be true then it often isnt ??? doesnt hurt to inquire though ...good luck !!
