Mod Dilemma
1) Buy the 18" AMG wheels offered as an option and install a set of AMG quad exhaust.
2) Buy a set of lowering springs or coilovers and a set of nice wheels(Vellano, Carlsson), and leaving the stock exhaust alone.
Which way would you guys recommend I should go with?

I'm not a huge fan of lowering the C (theres a thread with a lowered C300 already) but I was figuring you were getting a C300 and adding the optional 18'' AMG wheels which are $3k. For that you could lower it and get rims. So I change my choice to 1 knowing the situation better.

I'm dying to know where you are going to pay that for a set of 18s.
My personal opinion is that the larger oval exaust pipes look more stylish (we are talking about style) than a pair of smaller round pipes.
As for lowering the car, that is likely to be a problem with the 18" wheels. Even if it isn't, I like not scraping the ground effects moulding when pulling out of my driveway.

but even lowering it. it shouldn't scrape as it is still not THAT low.
stock bmw m3 are lower than w204 c-class with h&r springs!
<<Consider that I can get the 18" AMG wheels for the same price as the option($1000), which way should I go?>>
Since you have had the car for two months now, my question was, how can you now buy them for the option price of $1000 when dealer retail is $3290 and their cost is $2350?
Assuming there is only one GPI posting.
OK, now I get it. Never mind.
