S500 4matic
I am driving an S500 4matic 2005. I was just replying to the original post of having trouble with SIRIUS radio.

They gave me the 6mths free pkg, and i took an additional 6mths for $77.00.

The rep from SIRIUS said, if bluetooth is active in the vehicle, the signal they
(SIRIUS) send out is blocked by the bluetooth signal.
I had my Blackberry on and the car synced with it, so when i called SIRIUS i had to turn the bluetooth off so the in ititial signal from SIRIUS could go to the receiver.

Does this explain??

One small bit is "explained".. I could not do the final activation from my cell phone because Bluetooth took over and since the phone was in use, the radio signal went quiet. Duh. I finally used my 2.4 GHz wireless land-line to do the final bits with.

It's not necessarily the bluetooth signal that's the problem, but the radio's killing volume when the phone is in use.
