Advice and Pics on rims

Besides eBay, where is the best place to find some nice 19s or 20s for the new C class? I buy new rims every year (because it is like getting a new car) and I don't want to spend a ton on genuine Brabus, HRE, or whatever.

Also, does anybody (besides what it seems like 2 people) have any pics of a new C on 19s or 20s?

Lastly, what are the recommended offsets for staggered 19s and non staggered 20s that would avoid rubbing, based on the stock suspension of a C300 4matic sport?

Thanks everybody!

Tire Rack sells the same wheels that you can buy at Walmart. I'm not saying that replicas are much better, but I don't want to drive down the street in my new Benz and pull up next to a '98 Ford Escort with the same wheels.

Ebay was the only place I found with rims that fit the new C Class when i bought mine. Most places i checked had wheels with 35mm offset but you need 45mm or higher for this car.

You shop at Walmart? Hope you park your car waaayyyy in the back of the lot. J/K Haha

What offset do I want for 19x8.5 F and 19x9.5 R ???

I don't want to the rears to rub on the fender, I battled that on my old 3 series and it was a pain.

Dude, you've got 3 small 4 door cars? Two 3 series? If you're going to own 3 cars, why not branch out a little?

I've noticed wheels are tough on mercs, about the only thing cheap that looks good (to me anyway) are the amg reps. And I bet those are boat anchor heavy. Otherwise, for something decent looking you have to spend big money.

Ha...That's what the Volvo is for I even watch where I park it too. My girlfirend bought my Passat and she inherited the trait as well. I was condsidering putting spacers on the rear, but it looks as if even 3mm wide will be too big. Choose carefully.

Not to knit-pick, but FYI... I don't have 3 small 4 door cars, my 335i is a coupe.

lol

Meanwhile, I found some 19's that I love. I just want to make sure I get the right offsets. I tried to check on TireRack but they don't show 9.5 wide as an option, only 9. Offsets please, anybody?

Why don't you STFF for info posted on this forum regarding offsets. There are links posted with references to MB recommendations.

Thanks Deutsh-Bag. I am aware of the search function and already searched a hundred different posts involving wheel offsets, but I have not yet found a definitive answer on what offsets, wheel sizes and widths, that actually work. I wouldn't have wasted the time writing my own composition if it were something that already existed.

TireRacks site says nothing bigger than 19x9 is available, not 19x9.5 and not 20 anything. For some reason I feel that this information is not accurate. I have heard and seen this size "should" or "might" fit, but no solid information or pictures, opinions, whatever, that says this is what fits and works.

I understand many offsets and sizes may physically fit on the vehicle, so what I am interested in seeing is pictures of actual people who have put a given offset and size wheel on their w204, and what it looks like to better guide me in my search.

There is one thread that posted a complete Brabus catalog including the offset of it's wheels, 19 and 20 inch.
