sweet grill
I have been waiting for someone to do that to their W204 grill, i have even tried photoshoping it to see how it would come out... I think that it looks great.
BUT on the other hand, I am with the guy above about the other things, I just don't think of it as a Benz thing to do.....black the grill, tint the windows, and change the rims...all else should stay stock.

Hey I like your car.
In my opinion, I would say to keep your grill the way it is, I think it looks good, consider painting the Star emblem white, it would look good on the black. Paint the trunk emblem black. Are you planning on getting black rims?
and definitely you need to do something about the yellow reflector it is so ugly, and takes away from all the work you have done on your car.
Do you live in OC, I think I have seen your car driving around before.

New Pics!
If you guys remember, I got my grill painted and wasnt too happy. Well I'm very satisfied now. Going in on friday to get the side chrome blacked out. Here are b4 and after.
My V1. Took me 4 minutes to do and didn't cost a penny. Just went into the glovebox. No pressure on wires either because on the bottom right, there is a place where the cord slides in without rubbing.

the blacked out trim in the rear looks great!
now only if you could black out the chrome trim on the door panels...i think it would complete the look.
any ideas on how to do that? vinyl? or do you think someone will come out with the trim in black?
