Changing the Time Format

Does anyone know how to change the time format from 24h to AM/PM in a non COMAND W204?

Let me understand this, is your time set to military time ie 24:00, 01:00 ect? and you want to change it to single digits such as 12:00, 1:00 ect? For U.S. cars the only time set up I could find was for normal hours or non military time 12:00, you can't get it to say am or pm after the numbers, but I'll assume you can look out the window and determine if its 1am or 1pm.

And for the record....the 24 hour clock is not just "military time", but in fact the way the clock is referred to in just about every place in the world but North America.

I thought I saw this in the menus when I was paging through when we first got the car, but haven't revisited since. It certainly was a programmable option on our W203. Guess I'll check the next time I'm in the car - have to admit I simply haven't paid attention as long as the time displayed is correct.

Actually mine is a euro 280. In Settings/Time and Date menu there are only 2 options: set the time and set the date, and nothing else.
