It looks like like lamin-x finally has a kit available for the w204!

You even have the option of getting the yellow film for the fogs!
I have these on my A4...very easy to install and you would never notice that they were on!

I've used the X-pel and Laminex stuff on my Passat as well.
I only had trouble with the foglights as you are pretty much trying to wallpaper an egg with the heavy curves. I had to do one light each night as I had to manually hold the material in place until it sets in place.
I have worries about these products on our headlights and tail lights as it has some heavy grooves and bulges. The place that I had my quote for my clear bra said that they can't clear bra the three strips that project from the main surface as the grooves stick out so much and the material could not stretch enough to properly adhere to the surface. Like wise I could imagine the same thing with the tail lights. For the tail light (and the front yellow markers) I highly recommend the tinting services from www.jonstintedtails.com as the sprayed on tinting is extremely durable and OEM quality -- I have tinted my tail lights from my previous car from them and it was excellent.

If these films are anything like window tint film, it does peel off that easy but it leaves the glue behind which can be QUITE a mess to get off the lens. Anyone had these and removed them also? Thanks. Dave

These have no glue on them or residue. They're heavy vinyl applications. You mist some water onto the surface and use the squeege applicator to lay down the film. There will be bubbles for about a week or two until they dry out, which is normal.
To remove, just park in the sun for a bit or use a hair dryer for some heat and peel back. If anything, spray some quik detailer or soap and water to rid anything that is left behind.

X3 and 2012 C coming soon
Aowhaus, when installing on my fogs, I didn't think to remove the grilles that surround them making installation a little more difficult. I felt like an idiot.

If you didn't remove all of the air or water bubbles after installation, don't despair, it will eventually disappear over time. They do look really horrible at first (especially when the headlights are on) but after a week or two the hazy blotches should disappear.
The headlight shields are harder to remove because the material is much much thicker than the clear bra, but they do come off with no harm. The adhesive is water based so any residue that's left after pulling them off could be removed with hot soapy water.
As for the foglights, I highly recommend taking them off to install the shields, you may need to hold the material down because the surface is egg-shaped to allow the shield to properly adhere to most of the surface. Also the chrome trim that goes over the foglights will hide the wrinkles and uneven edges.

if you really want the process to go by faster, take a hair dryer to it or have it sit under sunlight for a few hours...the bubbles will surely disappear.
when i applied them to my A4...they looked exactly the way yours did. fortunately, i installed in the summer...so all i did was park it under the sunlight...and after a few hours...i was suprised to see all the bubbles disappear.
