Hey Guys,

I was just wondering (service wise) which is the best dealer out of the ones in the lower mainland? Preferrably out of these 3:

-MB Boundary
-MB North Van
-MB Vancouver

For me, boundary one is the closest but I had a good buying experience from the North Van one. Thanks in advance guys!

I believe they are all corporate owned hence the only difference would be which service advisor you get. I think the only non corporate owned dealer in Metro Vancouver is Surrey.

Yea thats true. Although when I say service I mean the advisor's themselves. Like which location has the best advisors..etc

I got mine from George Siu from Mercedes dealership in Richmond Automall. Very nice guy. Does his homework after car being delivered. Called a couple of times to check up on the car. Even asked me how was the service people when i brought it in.

Samson Chan from the Vancouver dealership. He used to take care of my BMW a lot when he was with Brian Jessel. He is a good and responsible character.

Have a service appointment on Wednesday, will see how it goes.

I had a great experience buying my C350 sport from North Van MB. Also, their service dept. seems very customer freindly (altough I have only had brief experience w/ the service dept - it was a small item that needed to be looked at/fixed - but it was top notch service).
