i just confirmed with the NYK Line and my car was offloaded from the centaurus leader onto the kassel somewhere in newark. No one is really tracking the centaurus leader anymore because it is compeletely empty at the moment. the kassel has arrived at the san diego port this morning and is sailing at 1700 today and will be docking in long beach at 0100 then my car gets unloaded and hopefully trucked to my dealership =D. The lady that helped me out siad that they surveyed the cargo and there was no damage as a result of the ship running aground. i wish i could just fly into long beach and pick up the car myself.

Did you put a deposit down back in November?
I ordered in November as well. But when I placed the order, I paid a $1000 deposit and they gave me a build date of December 11. They gave me a netstar report with a PO/Order number.
When I followed up on December 11, they said it was delayed until January 11.
It was in fact built on January 11 and it was assigned a boat for Feb 9th departure. The boat arrived on the east coast this past weekend, and my sales agent says I can expect delivery to west coast by March 26.
I guess what I'm saying is that from day one, I was provided an order number with a Netstar report. If they never provided you with one, then they probably kept selling their allotments until you started to say something.
So to answer your question - poor customer service.

I put $2,000 deposit and till this day i don't have any PO or netstar report or anything. so ya im nervous, he says it will be "finished" april and arriving in may. if i look at ur time frame it takes almost 2 months after build to get here, so i wonder when im getting my car!

yup andrew..he's a family friend so we went thru him i drove down there in the beginning of the month to personally ask him when my car will be here he said april...but he contacted me saying this week so dunno
