Are they the carbon fiber mirror covers?? If so, what did they cost? I've been thinking of getting them, but I haven't found them in their official parts catalog though.

A little how to for removing the shift knob would be nice if you can find the time. I have tried just twisting it like old school knobs..no go. If you feel the boot around the bottom of the knob there is something that twists, but its hard to twist very far. I've read on here that if your transmission locks up your supposed to pull up the leather boot and theres an unlock button of some sort under there, so I'm guessing thats probably where you get to a screw of some sort that holds the shift knob on as well. Would be nice to know, was thinking of swapping out my silver sport shift knob with the leather/silver amg one.

I have been wanting the shift knob (but I didn't know if it was stupid to just put the Brabus shift knob without other parts installed). If so, I'll just order the AMG shift knob when available.
