Amg C63 Rear Diffuser?
judging from pictures and close ups i have with the C63 (at a motor show) and my current W204, i am very inclined to believe that it fits perfectly.
i have tried asking MB parts stockists whether they can ship in the C63 rear diffuser but they mentioned tat currently MB will not sell any C63 parts to stockists UNLESS they are given the car's chassis number...

the only reason i can think of to have such control is to ensure the exclusivity of their AMG cars... for too long it was too easy to dress up one's ride to look like the real deal...leaving actual AMG owners to feel a tad bit "common"..
is tat the case? but probably not the only reason i guess.anyone can enlighten?
Placing an AMG badge on something that is not AMG is lame. Using some of the AMG body parts shouldn't be such a big deal. Some just look so good, it's hard to resist. That diffuser would look great on a C Sport. It would compliment the AMG style body.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG

looking at some of the aftermarket diffusers (brabus - which doesnt fit the sports pack bumper anyways, Carlssons & lorinser), i find the ones on the C63 the best looking and not too over the top.
i think the most tat i will ever do is to make a carbon fibre copy of the C63 rear diffuser once i get my hands on them..
cheers
From my opinion u can put the AMG badge but not the C63 badge. Reason being because u are using AMG parts such as the rear diffuser etc...Afterall you are helping out AMG making a profit. It is normal for benz enthusiast to put AMG badge although is not. Giv the people like us some imagination b4 we can ever afford the real one.
The C63 rear diffuser looks wild! i luv it. If u decide not to use quad exhaust the picture below might giv u some unique ideas, by just changing the exhaust tip base on your dual exhaust.

I thought the C350 already has AMG styling anyway.
In the VW/ Audi world they called it OEM plus, when you upgrade your car using parts from more expensive or newer models. I don't recall anyone using badging from a different vehicle though.
I love comments like "I'll blow by you in my real AMG." (smiley jerkin' it)
I've had plenty of cars that were faster than AMGs of the day that were half the price. Embarassing? Who knows, it means nothing. I considered a few C32s and C55s when searching for a MB. They were fast in a straight line, and I may still get one at some point, but as for all around performers, there are better cars.
Anyway, I hope you get the diffuser. I am looking forward to seeing it. I'm going to avoid the negative threads, and again, sorry I brought it up. I'm just here to sare in the enjoyment of a really cool car.
They even allow us to purchase AMG 17 or 18 rims.
I think it's ok to call those cars AMG as long as real AMG parts were used.
But a regular C300 or C350 to be label as C63 is a NO NO.Then one becomes a poser.
HA HA!
