220CDI Oil consumption
My oil useage to date is .8 litre in 2,600 km, which would be 1 litre per 3,250 km.The book states that takes 2 litres to make up from the low to high mark.
Does anyone have comparable figures?.
I presume the consumption will decrease as the engine wears in.Can anyone verify this assumption?
I am considering doing a complete oil change when the level reaches the low mark which will be about every 6 months with my useage.The books states the sump capacity is 6.5 litres.
