Which is better? POLARG SHINNING WIZARD or PIAA xtreme white plus?

dunno about the first ones but i know PIAA's to be over priced!
u want brightness or u want to make it look white?

I would say Polarg bulbs are better. PIAAs would still look yellow if you want to have a white light.
