i meant i'd prefer some bulbs that light up white. seems sort of silly to go through with the mod to only kill the amber appearance during the day and still live with it at night

not exactly how i imagined them to be.
i wish they had the clear reflector material like in the stock orange version, and not that chrome backing thing.
i'm going to wait until a better version comes out. i hope ppl know wut i'm talking about.

not feelin the clear lens with chrome backing thing. i actually like the stock amber, but if i were to change it id prefer an identical reflector to the stock amber one, but in clear.

Anyway, the bulbs under the OE lenses are clear. Leave 'em in.

i wonder if we can get a definite answer on the legality or not. it seems weird to have a light that we technically do not need (by law or for function) and then demand that if we have that light, it must be amber.

Another weird thing is...most European cars come with a rear fog light, but cars manufactured in the U.S. don't. I find it to be a very wise safety feature. It's probably because the people who drive around with their left turn signals and high beams on would leave a rear fog light on as well.

Actually, I think any forward facing light has to be white or amber. These are side lights, but you can definitely see them from the front of the car.

Derspeed...
amazing job tracking down this company and getting a hold of these. great detective work. Did you actually suggest to the company that they produce these for our cars?? Either way, thanks from all of us interested in them. Great to see those markers on an arctic example also! So, do we have any idea as to how much these will retail for? Do you have a new countdown to ETA of the first shipment of these?

And yes...they look amazing on white. They totally clean up the look of the car. After I installed them I thought, I really don't need any more mods. Then I snapped out of it .

Hey Tank, the white you see is the lamp housing. I contacted them today to see if there will be a smoked version and asked for a mass release date on all. I'll let you guys know.
