Clear bumper markers installed!
. Here are the instructions as I did the install. The pictures are self explanitory: Pop out the three center push pins (they look like nail heads) by pulling the center pin with your finger nail. They come out easily. Then pull the outer rings which are also a pins:

After that, you'll be able to pull out the fender liner. Make sure you protect the paint on the fender lip. Once the liner is pulled back, you will see a tab on the upprt portion of the lamp unit. It's very easy to spot. Twist the bulb and remove it. Install the silver coated bulb and clean off the dirt that gathered around the lense:

The lese comes with the rear housing, but I left the OE unit in place:

Install the lense into the housing (which is behind the bumper) and you're done. It's very easy. It took about 10 minutes per side because I was being very cautious:

I have two really good pics. I will post them after I make sure the seller doesn't mind. I am not sure what the protocall is for that sort of thing. You'll see them in his ad.
As you can see, this mod totally cleans up the look of the car. I really like these lenses.
I hope this DIY is helpful. Enjoy.

so clean, I thought it was going to be more opaque (muggy lens) but I like this better. Who is the seller? Will he be selling on ebay or on the forums? I can't wait to order these, did you order those bulbs too, and how come?

I thought you were painting your grill? Everyday I get closer to doing mine. My dealer quoted me $150 for a replacement Sport grill. Just wanted an extra to play with.
Fortunately it's not a mod I need as we don't have these lights on our cars

Is it not a legal requirement in the US to have these lights
I was just curious as I wouldn't have thought MB would have gone to the extra expense of having different wings {fender, I think} and extra wiring if they weren't necessary
