has anyone experiences ESP inoperative yeT?
I think I drive hard....
I got had this message displayed couple times saying, "ESP inoperative
see owners manual" when this message pops up, no matter how hard u press gas, the rpm seems to be in safe mode that it reacts very very very very slow, even much slower than Comfort shifting mode.
and it seems to me that my tires are worn out too;; have about 7700mile on it.
I also had ESP, ABS and some other stuff inoperative.....like how it was to be dyno mode.... did anyone ever got that?
just out of curiosity....

Waiting for W204 Facelift
as old one owner; if my 05 w203's ESP has problem -or you close the ESP-lights on ESP warning sign on the front display No writing ESP inoperative
maybe it is w204's new features that shows and also writes
in like these problems -you know better- best way to go Service under warranty

ESP inop

My W203 used to do this on rare occasion and pulling over, shutting down and restarting cleared the trouble. Another old favorite in that car was "engine oil overfilled" or some such.
My W204 has yet to do this (at 6.5 months) so I suppose I have that to look forward to. Yes, I would stop by the dealer for their opinion.
If your rear tires are really bald, I suppose the difference in rotation speed compared to the fronts MAY be the reason, but I'm just guessing. I know that the ABS can be confused by this.
