Magnaflow Mufflers + X Pipe + C63 Diffuser + Quads = ?

Has any one installed Magnaflows on a merc yet, if so how does it sound thinking about doing this with in the next few weeks. Had maganflow on my lincoln ls and they sounded good. so info would be nice

2008 Mercedes C300 4Matic
I had a thread on this fourm about the magnaflow exhaust/mufflers and was thinking of doing it myself. I will go in the store this weekend to see if it can be done with the W204. (Change the W204 muffler's with 2 magnaflow mufflers with dual tips each)
