So i got my car last friday with 17km's on it
I've reached 1,000 KM when I reached home tonight!, it sits at exactly 1000KM currently.
so far I am enjoying the car, got to know the NAV, and all the voice commands. I drove quite a bit and for a while and no complaints with the seats/support that ppl had previously mentioned.
The one quirk is some kind of noise/rattle in the back area, when i go over small bumps, driving with music off, it's a slight rattle sound.
Because I'm driving its hard to pin point the location of the sound but it seems to be back seat behind driver, at first i thought maybe the split/fold seats were not properly in place or maybe a seat belt rubbing but nope none of those, its driving me insane!
Also it rained today so it was the first time using the wipers, when they wipe they seem to "shake" like they are loose or something, is this normal?
Other then that, I'm loving the car and cant stop driving! 1,000KM in 5 days so far.

The wiper thing is normal on all the Benz cars I've owned, usually due to the rain sensor thinking theres enough water on the windshield to wipe when theres not, so the wipers hit dry spots and "jump".
By the way..that rattle you heard in the back...thats normal as well lol...and more will pop up shortly...something for you to look forward to.

There are no rattles I could hear in my car after driving it for 7000KM. Its all good. Wipers should not shake but then it depends how dry the windscreen was. if they shake even in wet condition then there is something lose.
The sensor of the rain is behind the rear view mirror. You can see it from the outside through windscreen.

Ours has had NO interior noises from day one, and we now have 10 months and 8300 miles on the car.

I've already put 3000 mi on my C350 (that's approx 4800km) and have not had any problems. I have not had any problems, and I pray that I will not have any problems. I'm definitely loving the way that it is driving since passing 2500 mi. I'll check out my car later and see if I hear anything when I drive with no music.

My car has so many creaks and pops it sounds like its 5 years old! I've read the forum and it seems to be a common problem, maybe just with the cars that were early builds? I shouldn't have to go and stick foam all around a brand new car just so it won't creak and pop, they should use different materials so that problem doesn't start in the first place. The problem seems to stem from all that plastic in the rear shelf, why they felt the need to use really cheap hard plastic near a hard glass window I'll never know. On the plus side I haven't had a single mechanical or electrical glitch, its been trouble free.

As I've said, ours is tight and quiet, built June '07 at Bremen.

My rattles (see a different thread) are only when the doors aren't closed. But today I noticed a different problem. I had lightly closed the trunk and it latched. I drove off and when the car was "twisting" (turns, hard bumps) it made a snapping sound. I pulled over, opened and slammed home the trunk, and the noises stopped.
Again, no indicator on the dash. I'm thinking that the threshold for "not closed' isn't reached when the door/lid isn't properly closed, leading to rattles/noises.
The other surprise was driving through a rain squall the other day. It beat down on the car and sounded like hail on a tin roof. Arrgh!

ExploreSo I took my car into Mercedes for the noise I was hearing (listed above)
They took my car, gave me a B-class loaner and a half day later the noise was gone .
They said they put insulation under the "hat shelf" and also around the seat latches. It was also covered by the warranty at no cost to me.
Car was at 3,400 KM
