don't notice the chrome strip that much on my white, so not gonna bother with it, but looks good without it too.

 

took mine off on a black car bc it felt like to much chrome. Now its looking simple and sportier plus with the roof and trunk spoilers looks much sexier.

 

Gotta say it ... the chrome strips add to the style of the car, and helped attract me to the styling. It reminds me of the older Ponton styling; in fact the side of the car (between the tires) is very much like the Ponton. The car just wouldn't be as attractive without those strips.

Taking them off allows the body to sort of blend away. Looks more like an econobox. Ugh.

i hated dealing with it and can still not know if i made the right decision, cus it looks great both ways on white!

 

Keep with your white/black theme and black the trim out with black out tape. Not permanent if you don't like it.

I think the trim in black would look good...and like Ron said...with tape if it looks bad you can just remove it.
