HELP - Changing order
Hi this is my first post,
I ordered my 09 obsidian black c300 with the standard sport package in the beginning of May, only things i've added is the 7g automatic transmission and the paint. But very recently i've had the urge to add on the COMAND navigation package. I am just wondering do any of you in the greater vancouver area or in canada have any experience adding options to their car order before production begins? is it even possible or is it too late? Because production starts in june if memory serves me right.
Thanks

If memory serves me you have a week or two weeks before your build date to change the order. The order goes into their system before the actual build date and at that point can't be changed. You need to call up your salesman and check with him to see for sure if it can be changed he would know best.

you will have to find an allotment that was assigned the navigation package. its not as simple as adding it to your order - allotments are preassigned to have or not have navigation. as long as your car isnt being built yet, im sure finding the appropriate allotment wont be a problem, however it might be a longer wait.

i think you have more time if u have a C350 RWD
and I think they are building the C300 first
than the C350 AWD
than C350 RWD

Making changes to your order at this time will likely mean a delay, however, the best person to ask would be your salesman.
Command is certainly a nice option to have and worth the wait IMO. Good luck.
Who is your dealer, jtec19?

Yea i called yesterday to check with my sales person and they said i would most likely have to wait an extra month, personally i'm in no rush to get the car so i will most likely wait. I'm getting my car from the boundary dealership.
