I dunno man... that's something I'm debating myself. 
I'm planning on painting my grill one of these Sundays, and I'll have to make that same decision myself.
I want all-black for a clean look, but I'm just afraid of making it look... I dunno, cheap?
I figure I just paint it and if I don't like it, buy another grill. Waste of money, but worth a try, no?
