Canadian Sirius in US?

Canadian Sirius in US?
I need your help all -- I went to a radioshack the other day and heard fantastic canadian channels on sirius (192, 193) among 9 others!...
So, I hopped in my W203 and to my surprise, no canadian channels. I'm hearing mixed answers from customer care and others on sirius forums that range from older tuners can't handle more than X number of channels, so you don't get canadian channels, all the way to you don't live in canada so you don't get them...
Well they are listed on the US program list, so why don't we get them? Is this a newer tuner/older tuner issue? Are they blowing smoke up our ***... or to that extent, what I really want from you is:
On your new W204, do you get these channels because I will be getting one SOON!

Ok -- I found out my own answer to this question. The new sirius tuner in the W204 DOES in fact get all of the new channels that older receivers can't tune in...

Whoever configured these various packages should be imprisoned. As to Sirius, that's about all I listen to now since it has no "talk radio." Well, except for Stern.

It seems you are correct that the most common is the P1 package, but still - its not "standard". Can't live without it though ;-)

If you don't buy even P1, what do you get? This would be for taxicab service in Beirut, I guess.

So yeah, there are Cs out there with not even P1. It would still be a fun car to drive I'm sure.
After all, all I have is P2.
