Yea. I messaged Eurotek a few weeks ago and they said it would be done this summer. Hopefully in a month like just said. Their planning:

Carbon Fiber: Front Lip, Mirror's, Roof Spoiler and Rear Spoiler.

I am pretty sure that everyone has seen this Carlsson lip but here is a picture of it. I am planning to purchase one and maybe make a duplicate in CF. I know a guy who owns cf factory who makes anything out of cf

If I can get my hands on the C63 diffuser, I can make them in CF easily. Plan to go with CF all the way on the exterior mods.

I can't wait for the carbon roof spoiler. A carbon grill would be hot also.

You forgot the rear diffuser. They'll have one for dual exhaust out first and later one for quads. All CF.

I really hope in addition to those, they make CF replicas of these:

untitled_9.bmp (700 KB)
untitled_9.bmp (700 KB)

The CF rear diffusers are so damn sexy.

I'm not a fan of the Brabus diffuser (I must be the only one) but I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE the CF Brabus grill. I've been wanting one even before I bought the car.

I went in to CEC to order one and they Guy said 3000 dollars each and he had to order at least 5. He said he couldn't order that many becase not many people would spend 3000 dollars on a grill for a C class. I agreed with him and proceeded to ask him why even make it if they weren't going to sell it. He didn't answer. Also in europe it's 1500 euro's and you don't have to order 5 becuase you can get it from Brabus themselves not a stupid Middleman like we have here. UGGG. I hat CEC they make money and don't even know ****. They charge way too much for dumb ****. They wanted to charge me 1000 dollars to install springs WHAT THE HECK GO TO HELL hahah!

$3k for that grill? Are you serious? Is it dry carbon? even so it shouldn't be that expensive. I can probabaly make one out of dry carbon, at the most $1k, wet carbon, probably ball park of $400, since I need to make a perfect mold for it. from there, its matter of popping them out of the mold every time I need new one

If you can do this in the $400.00 I would definitly purchase one. How about taking the sport grill removing the chrome then doing that in CF? Then we could reinstall our own chrome. I think that would look hot.

Well Ron, that would be harder to make, since I have sport grill on my car, I can just photocopy it and make a mold and make wetcarbon grill. Now, only reason why cf grills dont have those complicated chrome moldings on them is because it's hard to make holes in perfect sizes. So reinstalling the chrome moldings would be a no no (too much work) So it would be easier to just make all carbon then add the star on top. I was planning to make the non sport grill into CF since its easier to make and I like it simple and clean.

I know nothing about CF molding so I will have to take your word on the difficulty. Maybe epoxying the chrome star on? Would hate to lose that. Though that Brabus grill doesn't have it but I think it is great.

well, there are many different types of epoxy, but the stuff I use would rather rip the metal off than come apart. So the star would hardly ever come apart. I will keep you guys posted as I make one out of one of the grill.

It'd be a great little side business as I believe the demand is out there and with so few modding options available to us w204 owners, you'd basically monopolize the market.

haha Monopoly sounds great. Even though, I wouldn't try to make money doing this, I am a car guy just like all of us here, and I don't mind helping someone else who has same interest as I do. BTW, i plan to make quite bit of stuff in Carbon just to stand out from the norm. When I do so, I'll have to make molds, so you know what I mean, if anything I can pop more with the mold.

That's how a lot of businesses get started though. I have some ideas that I will try to market and NOT charge ridiculous prices. Is CF forming much different than fiberglass? It's basically a fabric, right?

a bit different from how fiberglass is formed into things. It is layered carbon fibers, most think its one layer, but quality products have many layers. It's mold is very similar to fiberglass molds. For wet carbon, it's layed down onto the mold, and a bunch other fabrics and etc. It is vacuum sealed then resin gets inserted. As it is kept vacuum, it goes into the high pressure oven, once all cooked, all the rest of fabrics gets thrown away and there you have your mold and cf stuck together. Which is a *************** to take it apart. Dry carbon is quite a bit different than wet carbon, as the carbon material itself is diffrent, and it is quite expensive.
