Sorry if I confused you, I have ordered entirely new tail lights, from what I saw when I had the led lail lamp in my hands I dont think you can change just the bulb holder moulding as there are many leds inside the lamp itself, also the circuit board is fitted inside the housing.
When I get the lights on Monday I will take some pics before I fit them and also with the bulb holder removed from the housing

I would expect parts in the US to be cheaper than the UK so I wouldnt work on a straight currency conversion, my C220 CDI Sport with Leather, heated seats, park assist and cruise control cost £32000 that would be approx $63000 and from what ive read on here you could get a top spec C for that!!!

A stock C63 in the UK using a straight currency conversion would be $100000 now that is nuts also gas prices here are nearly £6/gallon or in your language 12$/gallon

Well, for that kind of money, you can get 3 C63s in the US. Base price is only 54,675 USD. In Canada, it's 63,500 CAD.

LED Tail Light mod update:- Today I have fitted the lights with no issues, took me approx 25 minutes to fit both sides, I've taken some pics of the lights and also with the bulb holders on the stock and led lights to show the difference, the light on the white background is the stock item!

Question (sort of already asked this in the sticky thread, but maybe more people will see it here):

Are the "C63 Tail Lights" the same as the "P-2 LED Tail Lights"?

I ask this because I've seen the C63 on the road, and its' turn signal produces a red light, as opposed to amber on the P2 light (could be wrong about the amber light on the P2 tails).

Or, is it the same light with different bulbs that produce the different color turn signal?

The parts manager that I spoke to told me that the tail lights I have purchased are for the C63 and they flash amber, not sure if there is any difference from the p2 led lights.
I asked for the led tails for a P2 (UK Sport) but he was working with part No's and I was giving a part description as I could not give a chasis number, so we agreed to order C63 AMG tails as we knew that they were led

US P2 lights flash red. C63's also flash red with P2. I just can't remember if the C63's are slightly smoked or not.
