Looks good but I thought side marker lights were required in NYS. A friend painted over the side markers on his car and was pulled over and written up for it about two years ago. Maybe since you don't have any signs that they were there you won't get hassled.

Yea same on my BMW e34... euro mldgs have no markers they dont even realize there gone.
I painted the lower grills cause they tend to fade after a while i like the way the painted one look, however most people would never notice.

Ahh...I'll do that if mine fade. Most VWs have the side lights in the rubstrips as well. It's easy to get rid of them wirth the Euro replacement. It's probably only a matter of time before someone starts selling Euro W204 bumpers. A-hem, color-matched, please.
