I guess you never used 6000K before huh? Well I use it on my old Bimmer. And yes its different then stocks. Because 6000K will light up bright white compare to the yellow Stock 4500K. Same goes with halogen Bulb from Philips..

The 6000k Xenon bulbs will actually produce less lumens, visible light, then the stock 4300k bulbs.
This is stolen from some xenon bulb site, but it's generally accurate.
3000K = Great light output (3400 lumens), Yellow, excellent for bad weather.
4500K = Great light output (3400 lumens), White, best performance
5000K = Great light output (3200 lumens), Pure white, very light blue hue.
6000K = Good light output (3000 lumens) , White with blue/purple hue
8000K = Good light output (2800 lumens), White with more pronounced blue color
4500K = Great light output (3400 lumens), White, best performance
5000K = Great light output (3200 lumens), Pure white, very light blue hue.

I went to 8000K xenons.
then.. to the philips 6000K...
then now im on OSRAM 6000k (a bit rarer nowadays.. but OEM manufacturer)
But let me tell you all... PHILIPS 6000K is BEAUTIFUL. Its got a tinge of purple to it. 8000K was way too much color, plus i think i got frustrated with the the eyelids looking sooo off... lets say yellowish halogens dont match with light blue xenons. :p
Osram is a pure white tho. Looks like how it should have rolled off the lot. But if you want a bit of show. Go for the Philips ... I spent 4 days on xenons ahaha. So yes. my 2 cents for y'all.

Anyone else have good experiences with PIAA? Philips Crystal Vision is good.. but it wont match my new Xenon at all. Halogen bulb are usually bad when it goes to a higher kelvin. But still wondering hows PIAA....
