I've always thought double-din's looked terrible unless installed in OEM double-din-ready consoles (like the g35 japanese double din conversion console)...
Anyway, if you get the trim around that unit to look OEM (maybe with a matching piece of brushed aluminum or something) it'll make me regret getting the MM package..
Take a real camera next time you're there!
Good luck!

NICE!!! i can't DIY like you, but i was thinking of getting a head unit with a slide out screen but putting it on the top where the oem display is, that way i could cover it up when not in use.
i see you got the touchscreen on the bottom. looks great so far, i can't wait to see how you cover up the sides of that screen. keep it coming.

Don't need one so no.. I just wanted a screen that plays dvd, reads a lot of memory, and is affordable ![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
The current headunit that I have right now is bluetooth ready, but I don't even use it since bluetooth on the iPhone sucks a**
Details
I'm tired of having a small screen. So I decided to upgrade to a 7" that can play dvds, recognize hardrives. Which made me want to get this screen. So I will be replacing the stock headunit with this one which is being installed by an professional with custom molding and rear view camera
