Removing A pillar

So before I totally snap whatever little tabs are in there which way does the A pillar cover go? into the center of the car or down or some combination of angles?

Anyone have a pic of what's on the inside of the pillar cover so I can self-determine?

Thanks!

Assuming you're talking about the interior pillar that covers the seat belt mechanics. As I recall, the piller cover slides under the adjacent plastic on top so that requires a downward motion. There are 2 tabs on each side and you have to pull it outwards. You can locate the side tabs if you lift up on the foam like door trim. Start at the bottom and pull out. Once the side tabs detach pull down. Good luck.

That is the B pillar.
A is front
B is middle
C is rear

And thus - how does one get to the A pillar? I wrestled one loose - but am totally unsure as to how it attaches. That clip mechanism is odd. Anyone have stardiag diagrams?

Thanks!
