C350 Sport - Hopefully Soon
Questions for all the Golfers
Does anyone have a Golf bag that fits horizontally in the trunk without taking out the driver?
My JDM Puma stand bag and it barely fits at an angle.
I have a C350 that has the first aid kit on the driver's side and fuse box on the passenger side. Not sure if the C300 trunk is different.

its a tight fit with the driver in the bag.
depending on what other crap i have in the car, i usually take the driver out or i end up folding down half of the backseat and laying the bag down vertically.

I have a Taylor made cart bag with a Ping G5 driver. It's a tight fit but it goes in slanted and then I pull it straight. The head of the driver rests on the first aid bag . I actually checked this before I bought my C350. An absolute must.

I find that it depends more on the bag. My smallish bag fits fine while my dad's 'you'd-be-crazy-to-ever-carry-this-thing' bag doesn't even come close. Mines a Mizuno but I don't know the model (also my club shafts have been cut down a bit so that might help).

Just wondering why don't you just fold down one side of the rear seats and be done with it.
I do that instead of trying to squeeze in my set horizontally and risk scratching the rear bumper or body parts in the process. Happen to carry a pull cart too, so folding one side of the rear seat is easier for me and accomodates the rest of the stuff with no problem.

I didnt think they would fit straight across. My buddy has an Audi Allroad and his bag goes in on an angle. The C has first aid kit on one side and fuse bax on the other. Its not a big deal to me, I can always fold down the rear seat's to get them in. ( When I finally get my car ).
