Anybody know how MercedesPartsPeople.com can sell "OEM" parts for so cheap?

Anybody have any experience? If so, did what was shipped look OEM or was it actually certifiably OEM?
It just seems kinda wierd that they would be able to sell OEM parts for less than all the dealers I have called....
For example, they are selling the All Weather Floormats for $88.40.

All the dealers I have called sell these for $115-120

I already have these floor mats and got them at the dealer with an employee I knows discount, but that only know the price down to $89.76, which is still more expensive than Mercedes Parts People's price...
What do you guys think, are they legit?
I really want to order an OEM sunshade...

I'm not sure about this particular vendor, but many online sites are merely "front ends" for a couple of drop ship super warehousing parts distributors. If you check the logo at the bottom of the page, you can see that they belong to Trademotion.
