problem with my rims!

Ok i have 20" tsw wheels, when i purchased them i wanted to buy 19" the guy told me they only make them in 20 unless i get staggered, wich i couldnt do cuz my car is 4matic. He said it was no problem 20" will fit, and i literally saw a guy pull away with a C with 20's while i was there soo i guess it made me feel comfortable. Plus i love the wheels soo ofcourse i purchased them. well sure enough if i hit a bump big enough or anything of that sort i hear a rubbing. well time went by and it didnt go away soo i recently took a good look at my fender area and the wheel well has a whole in the plastic and the actuall fender "lip" is dented and being pushed out. Im bringing my car back tomorow 2 show the guy. any suggestionson what i should do? and if i get 19's would i be able to lower the car without havin that problem, i love the way it sits.. open for suggestions.. thank you

1. staggered setup is perfactly fine with 4matic -> downside the rim to 19"
2. keep 20" and roll the fender

it's your choice.

1. If you want to stay at 20", and got ET 45 rims or more, then the 245/30 all around for tyres wud be fine, no rubbing issue..
2. Keep your current rims, roll the fender.. and,
3. downside to 19"
