Command screen

Hi guys, I have a c320 w204. I have noticed today that the command aps screen is not clear and sharp as it used to be. There are heaps of flicker horizontal lines that appear on the screen. Tried closing it and reopening as well as re-start car, didnt help..
Any ideas?

Maybe a loose connection?

Don't bang the dash like George Clooney did in Michael Clayton.

took it to the dealer today and heres what happened..

got a call saying the car is ready for pick up. Went there and picked up the keys and asked what was wrong with it. the guy said we just did a software update and its all good. i was like yeah ok watever..

got into my car.. and pressed the button to open the screen and the ****ing thing would not open!!!

Would never have expected that from MB Melbourne... now apparently they gonna replace with a new screen under warranty...

grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
