clunk noise when I switch C to S mode

clunk noise when I switch C to S mode
When I switch C (comfort mode) to S mode in a parking position, it makes a clunk noise, while it does not make any noise when I switch S to C mode. I asked about it in the dealership, they told me it is normal. Do you experience the noise whenever you only switch C to S mode in a parking position?

kinda make sense to me why it clunks tho.
when switching from C to S, gear actually changes from 2nd to 1st in parking position.
since it's downshifting on dead stop, it may clunk.

i heard the noise too when switching to c from s. its only when your parked. the tranny switches gear from 1st to 2nd. nothing serious. im pretty sure every c class does the same.
