I wonder if it would look stock? I wonder if the pieces would fit like stock and not rattle? I would much prefer wood to the aluminum in my C...

I'm the opposite. I like the aluminum look, more sporty!

Me too. For me, I would flat out not take a car with the light colored woods in it. The black birdseye is ok, but aluminium is the best for me.

Schaetz is expensive , but It's a Mercedes for God sake , not a Volkswagen.

I don't trust the stick on wood/CF trim. They look too thick and the edges are rounded or domed because of the heavy polyurethane clearcoat they put on the pieces. I prefer the flat and flush fit of OEM.

I would like the silver wire CF, but not sacrifice putting on something that doesn't look OEM.

Speaking of VW's, I had a Passat where I replaced the OEM wood trim with European OEM aluminum trim. It was expensive and took a lot of work because I had to take apart my dash and console to install it, but it was well worth it.

I have the Onyx kit in RBA and I am very happy with it. Most of the pieces look OEM, the couple that don't if it bothers you do not have to be used.
